Relentless Tattoo + Ear Tattoos

While I am undoubtedly new to blogging, I am not new to body modifications of all sorts, and enjoy them very much so. This weekend I got a tattoo of my nickname in my moms handwriting behind my ear. I had planned it out for all an hour before my friend and I went to the shop, and got it done. Regardless of how little time I spent thinking about it, I feel as though this is my favorite tattoo yet. I have 3 (now 4) formal tattoos, as well as 3 stick 'n pokes done by yours truly.

I had my thigh piece done by Liz (@lizzyrelentless) at Relentless Tattoo, and was impressed by all three artists work in the shop so I knew I wanted to go back. I called and made sure they had time for two small tattoos, and was told to come by in an hour. Once there, we were greeted by Taylor (@taylormarieart) who, just like Liz, had a wonderful personality, and was extremely sweet. As for the tattoo pain I hadn't really considered any placement other than behind the ear, and didn't give the pain I was about to endure much thought. However, the lower part of my neck was basically a 1/10. As Taylor worked higher up on my neck the pain went to about a 3/10. Absolutely a tolerable pain, and I highly recommend getting a piece behind your ear. I also cannot recommend these two artists enough. The shop minimum was $60, and is what my friend and I were charged each. I'm only on tattoo #2 from this shop, but I absolutely believe it will be my go to and I already can't wait to go back.

God Bless finally finding a great shop.
